Business Analyst, Entrepreneur, Technology Enthusiast, Productivity Consultant, Social Media Specialist, Speaker, and Writer
I am a financial professional with personal interests that span a wide spectrum. I am a graduate of the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University (2012) from which I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. I majored in Finance and International Business along with a minor in government. During my time at Georgetown and as a member of the Washington D.C. Metro area professional community, I gained invaluable experience as a Web Specialist for The Hoya, as an Inspections Coordinator for Georgetown University’s Office of Housing Operations, and as a Legislative intern for the Former Congressman Roscoe Bartlett. I have a comprehensive set of skills that covers the gamut from finance to operations, to marketing and everything in between. My primary interest lies at the intersection of business and government in conjunction with technology and innovation in the goal of creating the businesses and companies of the future. I maintain a professional blog with a focus on these topics, entitled Financial Intersections.
I am an avid writer and use blogging as a means to write about a wide-range of interests. My primary blog, Raymond Guzman, covers very general topics and primarily focuses on productivity and how developing positive habits can help you to get things done. As a technology enthusiast, I maintain two different blogs, entitled Endless Progression and The Tech Tipper. In the former, I write about my opinion on new trends in technology, products, and services. As the “Tech Tipper,” I write about such things as new products or services to try out, projects to consider, fixes to common problems, and potential habits to adopt to make our daily devices more useful.
I also have a large interest in psychology and am currently writing a book, entitled Irrational Health, with a complementary blog. With in interest in fiction as well as nonfiction, I maintain a complement blog to Irrational Health, entitled Noble Thoughts, as well as an online e-book/blog, entitled Double Persona. All of this can be found on my personal site.
